Excellent location and clean rooms!
strategic location convenient pantry
I loved the strategic location. It's just a minute's walk to the station. a free pantry provides coffee, juice, chocolate drinks, and cookies. This was very convenient. the room got cleaned every day. It was super clean.

daily croissants perfect location
I appreciated the daily housekeeping. The area smelled fresh. I also found the daily croissants and water left at the door a nice touch (such a treat!). The location was perfect. It made getting to the metro and tourist spots easy. The staff was helpful.
The centrally controlled heating made my room hot. I could not adjust it to my liking. This was a bit uncomfortable.

The hotel offers complimentary coffee, water, and fruit in the downstairs area. This was a convenient surprise. there are pastries delivered to the room each morning, very kind. There is even a Starbucks next to the entrance.

The hotel is centrally located, close to many main points of interest. It is just a short walk from the Sol metro station (maybe two minutes). Gran Via and Calleo are also easily accessible, within five minutes by foot.

free cafe convenient location thin towels depressing lobby
The hotel provides a complimentary 24-hour café. It offered basic drinks and biscuits. The location was also Really good. It was easy to walk to many places.
The towels felt poor in quality. They were thin. My room's heating was centrally controlled, it made it difficult to adjust to my comfort. The lobby had street pavement, i found it a little depressing.
