my partner and i booked a standard twin room for five nights. the room was spacious. it was impeccably clean. it included modern amenities. the location provided easy access to a beautiful beach. the food was diverse and delicious, especially the barbecue. i had amazing cocktails!!!

the room was well-equipped with a super comfortable bed. it also featured a nice, hot shower. thin walls meant sounds carried easily, so i did use earplugs some nights .

the staff were friendly and accommodating. they ensured all our needs were met promptly. one staff member, alex, was amazing, he. the entire team created an amazing atmosphere.

the location provided easy access to local attractions. the hotel is near one of the best beaches i have ever seen. it's away from the village, and that contributed to a peaceful retreat that i desired.

beautiful greenerysizeable bathroom
The hotel grounds are quite expansive and beautiful. i particularly loved the varied greenery along the walkways. It reminded me of a true escape!!! the room provided a fridge that was very helpful. also, the sizeable bathroom and balcony were quite appreciated. They added a special touch.
sometimes, the pool could use a bit of maintenance.

The food was amazing!!! the buffet offered a huge variety, especially for various intolerances. i was able to choose my meals for the week from an allergen menu, ensuring no cross-contamination occurred. This was reassuring.
The staff was generally good, but sometimes a bit slow.

The hotel had a lot of greenery and a heated pool, which I enjoyed. Food options were diverse, I found some cool sushi during dinners. The animation staff seemed nice, I observed them engaging guests in activities. Overall I thought those aspects of the hotel were quite good.
It is worth noting the hotel is not located within easy walking distance of shops or town.

The staff were attentive. They quickly cleared dishes and provided assistance when needed. I observed employees efficiently managing the dining areas. Their service enhanced the overall experience, at least that is what I thought.
