the room was small and the housekeeping service was not good. i was told i would receive housekeeping every 2 days but i only got it once .

i found the staff very cute and helpful upon arrival. they stored my bags before check-in and gave clear directions. the location is walkable to many attractions and subway lines.

The location is Really good. It is within walking distance to Times Square and several subway entrances. The atmosphere had a beautiful vibe. I appreciated that the hotel offers luggage storage.
The room felt REALLY small. I found some dirt on my pillow. The shower gel dispenser was broken, it did take a while for someone to fix it.
