Basic amenities. Some issues
missing lampmould presence
the absence of a bedside lamp was inconvenient. i found some marks on the pillows. the floors also did not appear clean. dead woodlouse were present. the shower screen had visible mould.

i found the staff were friendly and helpful i also liked that the room was clean and the price was reasonable i appreciated the views from the hotel gardens they were kept tidy. there was also plenty of parking available .
the hairdryer in the room made a terrible noise and smelled bad so i unplugged it quickly it was also very noisy i think the doors were banging all night. every time someone used their bathroom it sounded like it was all coming through ours

the room was snug but very clean there were amenities you would expect and a nice hot shower. the hotel provided adequate space in the family room shower for my family. fresh towels were available daily

the hotel is close to the beach railway station and restaurants the harbour is only a ten minute walk. this location is very accessible to many attractions. the hotel location is also pretty quiet at night.

the hotel gardens were kept very clean and tidy guests can have a great view from them. the hotel provides free parking. the main door is locked by 11pm for security purposes to keep everyone safe.

the staff assisted straight away with anything i asked for the lady at reception was polite and friendly. the owner and staff were very friendly cute and nothing was too much trouble. we felt very well taken care of.

Free on-site parking existed. My room included complimentary tea and coffee sachets.
I observed the room was smaller than pictures showed. It also lacked a bedside lamp, which I needed for reading. The television remote required replacement, so operating it became irritating.
