the breakfast was delicious.. it included perfectly cooked items and good portions. the location was perfect for what i wanted. the rooms were very clean overall.
Street parking was difficult to find. Very few spaces were available. the room was small. There was nowhere to sit. the bathroom was also small.

The owners were good. They provided a parking permit for my convenience (what a sweet gesture). the location suited my needs perfectly, being a short distance from the seafront and a reasonable trip to fratton park. i was greeted warmly and found the check-in process smooth. the breakfast each morning was a lovely affair. Hazel prepared a delicious spread.

The breakfast was very good. It included a full english option. the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. i appreciated the friendly, efficient service. Check-in was easy. the location was handy for visiting friends nearby.
Parking was difficult. Street parking had very few available spaces. i had to drive around to find a space.
