the hotel has excellent access to transportation. i found the superior double or twin room clean. the room included a mini fridge and a safe. the bathroom featured a rainfall showerhead, which i definitely appreciated.
the lobby bar lacked quick service during peak hours. this caused a bit of waiting.

the location was convenient as it was close to transportation.
the cleanliness was not great (i'm trying to be polite). there was a half-eaten muesli bar in the fridge. the staff didn't seem surprised when i told them about the issues with the room, so i guess it's a regular thing.

the staff demonstrated really good friendliness, particularly anni, the guest relations manager. the hotel is conveniently situated across from the central station and near the city center.. this made exploring very easy. i found the breakfast to be of high quality with many delicious options. the wheelchair accessibility was very helpful, as was the fast check-in.
I found a slight issue with the bathroom plumbing. There was a faint odor at times.

the location was ideal, directly across from the main train station (perfect for travelers). I found many shops and food options within easy walking distance. I appreciated the selection available for breakfast and complimentary treats in the front desk area.
The gym is quite small. It only has one treadmill. I also noticed there were no slippers provided in the room. these small adjustments would enhance the overall experience.
