The staff was very helpful at the reception desk. My room included a small kitchenette and a balcony. The room was basic , but it was clean.
The hotel is a bit far from the central area , requiring about 20 minutes by train to reach the main attractions.

the breakfast was acceptable. it was near underground transport.
the room photos online didn't match reality. rooms lack a kitchenette. the room condition was disappointing. i saw hair on the bed and surfaces. dust was also present.

the location was close to a subway station , which was acceptable.
the room size was not as advertised , it felt cramped for my family. i found a bedbug , it was quite disturbing. the staff didn't have a clear protocol for dealing with this situation , causing me concern about potential infestation.
