solid stay near the metro
quiet neighborhood clean room helpful staff
I found the hotel situated very close to two metro stations in a quiet neighborhood. A penny supermarket is also right next door. the room was clean. dominik at the reception was friendly, and he provided helpful information.
The room photos online did not entirely match what i experienced. Rooms lack a kitchenette, a detail not immediately obvious from the listing.

The staff was very helpful at the reception desk. My room included a small kitchenette and a balcony. The room was basic , but it was clean.
The hotel is a bit far from the central area , requiring about 20 minutes by train to reach the main attractions.

kitchenette absence dusty room
the breakfast was acceptable. it was near underground transport.
the room photos online didn't match reality. rooms lack a kitchenette. the room condition was disappointing. i saw hair on the bed and surfaces. dust was also present.

the location was close to a subway station , which was acceptable.
the room size was not as advertised , it felt cramped for my family. i found a bedbug , it was quite disturbing. the staff didn't have a clear protocol for dealing with this situation , causing me concern about potential infestation.
