adequate stay but some issues arose

inconsistent restock
my stay began well the room was spacious and clean however several issues impacted my overall experience the minibar was not restocked daily i had to call multiple times for water. this noise really detracted from what should have been a peaceful stay.

Really good Hotel Experience

The resort grounds were well kept. I enjoyed the very good room and amenities. The service was great. I found the staff to be kind and considerate. The pool towel service was very helpful. It was a relaxing spot for a vacation.
The hotel restaurants had similar menus, so the choices felt limited.

The hotel has all the necessary amenities. The heated pools are well kept. I also appreciated the sauna, and hope to try it out next time I am here. The concierge service helped me book reservations.

the location was acceptable it was near some shops
i found several issues the air conditioning was loud it made sleeping difficult furthermore housekeeping clearly missed a few spots the room just wasn't as clean as i hoped for a hotel of this supposed caliber honestly i expected better attention to detail considering what i paid
