Very nice Hotel Experience!

The staff was super polite. Prashant at reception helped me with a smooth check-in to my amazing sea view room. I enjoyed the sunrise view right from the balcony. Breakfast had a huge variety with many options and local foods I have never seen before. I liked the warm indoor pool and the outdoor pool setup that included slides, they are fun for kids.
The hotel lifts had issues. Some lifts were out of action. This meant it was a struggle getting one. I felt that there were not enough lifts for the number of rooms.

The room was clean quiet and spacious. Storage space was adequate with shelving units and a drawer available for organizing personal items I found the layout practical and well-kept .

The hotel is situated directly on the coast. This location provided excellent access to waterfront activities. I also found convenient access to nearby shops and restaurants adding to the overall appeal of the location.

the hotel was in a good location. the sea view from my room was really nice! breakfast was very good. the staff was very friendly and helpful! i really appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms.
the hotel had a busy street in front. it was sometimes noisy because of this traffic. i recommend considering soundproofing improvements.

The lobby was excellent upon arrival. Its appearance was really great.
The elevators were slow and unreliable. I often waited several minutes for one to arrive. The noise level was also a problem. I could hear a lot of noise from the hallway and adjacent rooms. This made it difficult to relax and sleep soundly.

The food was very nice and the buffet had different options every day. The à la carte restaurants felt special and I visited Cheeky Monkeys twice. The hotel features great pool facilities, including options for adults and a large children's pool. The slides are a lot of fun for everyone to enjoy.
The air conditioning was not controllable from the room. Instead, I needed to contact reception to adjust it. The staff indicated that it was warm across Malta, which did not resolve the discomfort. This situation.
