I received an early check-in and a room upgrade. the receptionist was very helpful. They made the process smooth. the room was comfortable for resting. overall, i had a relaxing experience here.
The number of electrical outlets and usb ports in the room could be improved. There were few of them.

The hotel features both indoor and outdoor pools. The outdoor pool was open in october. there is also a wellness center, and i found the breakfast service to be excellent, with a great variety.

The breakfast menu offered an extensive selection. the staff were helpful. i appreciated the outdoor terrace. It was good. the location was indeed very good.
I experienced being locked on the balcony for over 25 minutes. it took three phone calls to reception to get assistance. the receptionist was rude. housekeeping knocked on doors at 9 am on checkout day. Checkout is at 12.
