Excellent Experience

I found the reception staff very attentive. Marion and Karen addressed our needs well. Debbie made sure we had extra coat hangers and followed up to check our satisfaction with the room. The plus lounge staff kept the cocktails flowing.
The soft play area could use some upgrades as the equipment looked tired, though the flooring was newly replaced.

The staff was helpful and always smiling. Alex welcomed us at the main restaurant. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Jonathan was cheerful, helpful, and ready to assist with any request.

We booked a sea view terrace room for a very good view. The room was well-kept, clean, and spacious. Housekeeping ensured we had everything we needed, they serviced the room daily.

The hotel is across the street from a lovely beach. The beach features sand and shallow waters perfect for children. Restaurants such as Blu, Westrim, and Amami are very close to the hotel.

The food offered a wide choice. The food was amazing! The chef was attentive to my son's nut allergy. Nekebar at Salia restaurant provided excellent service and ensured we were confident when ordering food.

The sports bar was inviting with helpful staff. I watched football there a few times. the dining staff, especially ishank juliao sirjana, always smiled, very nice. rooms felt spacious. the beds? so comfortable. we loved it.
it would have been amazing. if they spoke my language, but nobody spoke italian!

We enjoyed the variety of restaurants located here, it was great to eat in different places every day. The Jungle Restaurant was a favourite with the kids. The sushi was great, and other dishes were just as perfect. I found the service friendly and professional.

The reception staff was attentive. They addressed all our needs. Debbie ensured we had extra coat hangers by the end of the day. She followed up to check that we were happy with the room and had everything we needed.

Room 4220 had a wonderful sea view and it was a joy to wake up to the ocean. The room was always clean and well maintained! and the housekeeping team did a fantastic job throughout the stay.

The beach is across the road. The sand is beautiful and shallow waters make it perfect for young children. I recommend visiting the beach across the road from the hotel, it is excellent

The Plus Lounge was lovely. The staff was excellent and Melissa was a real star. She was friendly, attentive. We enjoyed wine by the bottle in both the restaurants and the lounge. That was a wonderful touch
