Acceptable Stay. Heating Issue
Afternoon tea had really lovely food and the staff were amazing.
It was freezing cold where we sat. There was no heat at all when we arrived. We left earlier than usual, because we were so cold. It spoiled the experience.

I found free parking on site. It was a good size. my cosy double room was indeed cosy. breakfast was nice, and the front desk staff were cute. the surroundings are pretty and peaceful, i found, a true respite.
My room was next to the door to the outside garden. I heard a lot of noise from people walking by.

the breakfast offered fresh options and tasted amazing!!! piano music played during the evening meal adding a special touch. the food was generally lovely and the dining room provided a serene ambiance for enjoying meals.

the check-in staff were very helpful, even arranging a taxi for us. the front desk staff were cute and friendly, and they was committed to guest satisfaction. the maids kept the rooms very clean and tidy.

immaculate grounds fresh options friendly staff warm welcome
the grounds were immaculate with mature trees i found peace in every corner the breakfast included a high-quality variety of fresh options the breakfasting room was filled with light it was a gentle way to start each day the staff were friendly and helpful they added a personal touch to our visit i felt welcomed throughout my stay
my room was quite close to the elevator i could sometimes hear it during operation

friendly staff private patio
The staff was very friendly at check in. I enjoyed the beautiful room with a private patio. I appreciated the great location and the fine grounds. The hotel provided a very relaxing stay.
The room was too small, even though I asked for an upgrade to a larger room. The concierge rejected the request, because I did not book directly with the hotel, and instead booked through a comparison website.
