totally amazing stay!

room cleanlinessconvenient locationattentive stafflimited space
i totally enjoyed the cleanliness of the room it was immaculate i found the location very convenient near transportation and dining the staff was awesome and they were so attentive and helpful. the team provided amazing recommendations for local restaurants they helped me navigate the area the tube was super accessible. i just loved the little extras like the nespresso machine and the lovely toiletries it.
the small double room i booked felt a bit cramped with limited space it made managing luggage a bit difficult the shape of the room wasn't ideal. i think this room would work best as a single to maximize comfort.

the room was a good size. i booked a king double or twin room. staff members were nice. gemma at reception was great and very helpful. the bedroom and bathroom were very clean.
the price was excessively high for the value. similar hotels in the area cost half the price. the rooms were small for the price. the beds were double size and too small for a four-star hotel.

FABULOUS stay NEAR Earl's Court!

great locationfriendly staffstained carpet
The location is GREAT near the underground station. Staff members were friendly and helpful . I had a king double room that had enough space and the neighborhood WAS peaceful. It was a QUICK commute to many attractions.
The carpet in the room looked stained, that was the only negative. Skirting boards also needed some attention. This impacted the overall aesthetic. The bathroom appliances had limescale. Cleaning could improve the look.
Facilities
9/10
The room had good space and included modern amenities for travellers. The hotel offered luggage storage for early arrivals. This was convenient. There were nearby shops and restaurants. MANY choices available.
Location
10/10
The hotel is close to the underground station. This provided easy access throughout the city. Earl's Court station IS about a 5-minute walk from the entrance. Several grocery stores and bakeries are nearby. I noted Paul and Gail's.
Service
10/10
Staff interactions were EXCELLENT. They were polite and very helpful. The front desk team offered quick assistance. Check-in and check-out processes were efficient. EVERYTHING was seamless.
