the location is perfect for a short walk from the airport terminal. the room was clean and tidy, with enough space for luggage. i found it good value for money, especially considering the proximity to the airport.

the information given by the reception staff regarding airport transportation was not reliable. the bus we were told would take us to the terminal did not stop for us. this was problematic with luggage.

The room included a kettle and tea and coffee making facilities. It also had an iron and hairdryer available. the bathroom featured dove toiletries, and the beds were comfortable.

The hotel is approximately 15 minutes walking distance from the airport terminal using the sidewalk. the bus from luton airport parkway stops just outside, so transport is easy. i liked how close it was. It was perfect.
