Manageable Stay with Elevator Issues

The location was convenient for getting around the city since it was close to public transportation.
Elevator service was a real problem as one of the three elevators was broken making wait times excessive at peak hours. This was quite frustrating. I waited far too long just to get to the lobby or the breakfast area. The situation needs attention.

I appreciated the modern tv. It let me connect to apps. the kitchenette included high quality utensils. breakfast offered salmon and avocado dip, which i enjoyed.
The air conditioning did not work on the first night. This made the room unbearable. i reported the issue, and maintenance confirmed a faulty part. while i got a room upgrade, i endured a sleepless night

Excellent Stay with Thoughtful Amenities

The location is convenient. The Aldgate East tube station is a short walk away. I appreciated the welcome milk in the fridge and bottled water provided upon arrival. Coffee pods were also available for the machine. The bed was comfortable ensuring a good night's rest.
The check-in process was a bit slow however staff was friendly and helpful.

Breakfast included smoked salmon and avocado, a nice surprise. The diverse and fresh selection was appreciated, especially given the competitive price. This is not common in many hotels.

Decent stay overall

The room was a good size. It was well-equipped with a nice interior design. Free coffee and tea were available, ALSO a free gym. The staff were friendly.
The room's lighting was anything but cozy. It felt cold and VERY white. One of the lamps next to the bed was broken. there were no nightstands in the room, which I found odd.
