Quiet Gem in Soho

I enjoyed my stay. The staff were really helpful and the location was very central. The rooms were clean. The air conditioning worked great. I also found the blackout curtains REALLY useful for a good sleep.
The minibar prices were high. I wish there was more affordable option.

The hotel provides complimentary, fast wifi access throughout the building. This allowed me to work remotely without interruptions, the reception area includes comfortable seating and a 24-hour front desk service.

My room featured a kitchenette that included a microwave, refrigerator, and sink. I found this very useful. Molton Brown toiletries were provided in the bathroom. The television had multiple channels and streaming options, i WAS delighted.

they helped me with directions and always had a smile. the location was also very convenient, so close to many shops. the room included a small kitchen, a lovely addition.
the room i stayed in was a little small, it wasn't the superior king or twin room. the lighting in the room was not ideal, it affected my mood. sometimes, there was some noise from nearby streets during night hours.

The staff were cute and helpful throughout my visit. I received assistance with restaurant recommendations and directions. My room was clean upon arrival and well kept . I appreciated the central location near many shops and restaurants.
The in-room safe was slightly small , , made it difficult to store larger items.
