small roominadequate lighting
the room i booked, a beautiful king room, felt smaller than expected. i also found the bathroom lighting inadequate for shaving (an important detail!). these issues, while not deal-breakers, detracted from the overall experience. a brighter bathroom and a bit more space would improve future stays.

The room featured a large bathroom with a separate shower and bath. Complimentary water was provided upon arrival. Tea and coffee facilities were also available. Staff inquired daily if I needed fresh bedding or towels. The hotel location is convenient, only a short walk to the town centre. The nearby municipal car park offers affordable rates at £6.50 per day.

Breakfast included varied options, such as eggs benedict instead of a full English breakfast. The restaurant provides delicious salmon, steak and ale pie, and other meals prepared with quality ingredients. Excellent service is present in the restaurant. Staff are polite and attentive.

I found the staff very helpful. They were willing to assist with requests. the location worked well, providing easy access to nearby amenities. i had a large, modern room. It was very clean. the freshly cooked breakfast included tea served in excellent teapots.
the electrical sockets did not feel entirely secure, something i noted during my brief stay.

the team, including alex, lucas, beki, and ren, provided great service in the courtyard. their assistance was very helpful, and they seemed friendly. the breakfast service also had attentive people.

The restaurant has a bright and modern style. It was super clean and cozy. i appreciated the beautiful presentation of meals. Each table had a white tablecloth. the air purifier in the room was a dyson, a nice detail.

tv wiresclicking noise
the room showed some wear. the walls had marks, and the tv wires hung down. a clicking noise occurred frequently, possibly from the air conditioning. this noise was a concern for sleeping, and the fix was not practical.

i booked a beautiful king room. the room was quite small. i also found some cleanliness issues. the bathroom floor was dirty. the towels were hung carelessly on the towel rail. the design and functionality left much to be desired. the shower head was also installed at a height suitable only for people under 5'7", which was inconvenient.
