dirty floorcarelessly hung towels
i booked a beautiful king room. the room was quite small. i also found some cleanliness issues. the bathroom floor was dirty. the towels were hung carelessly on the towel rail. the design and functionality left much to be desired. the shower head was also installed at a height suitable only for people under 5'7", which was inconvenient.
