The gym REALLY needs an update. Some equipment looked ancient, like it hadn't been touched in years. while breakfast had a good selection, the coffee tasted cheap. It let down the whole meal. I did not expect that!

The room was a good size with plenty of space. All hotel staff were friendly and helpful, especially to guests with mobility issues. I found convenient parking available at the front. The leisure center included a pool.
The television was not a smart TV. I noted no fridge in the room and the general decor looked a bit dated. There were buckets placed around the hotel to catch dripping water from leaks.

The reception desk provided prompt service, and staff were readily available to assist with any questions. The hotel staff demonstrated a high level of attentiveness and care . They were helpful with directions.

I had dinner at the hotel and the food was delicious. The dining room provided a good atmosphere. Breakfast offered a plentiful and varied selection of choices to suit all tastes.

The staff was friendly and helpful. I especially appreciated the convenient parking available at the hotel (parking is always a plus!).
The bed linen felt somewhat basic, and I would have preferred higher quality cotton.

the staff was very friendly and helpful. the location was good for exploring the surrounding area. the room was spacious and clean, which i appreciated. i also liked that the hotel offered plenty of parking.
the hotel felt a bit dated, especially in the hallways. my room overlooked the car park, and the view was not very appealing. i found one of the bath handles had chrome chipped off, giving it a worn look. the nets were too short for the window and had ragged sides
