Wonderful Stay!
lovely roomfriendly girlannex building
I was happy that I got upgraded to Room 4. It was a lovely room. I thought the beer was great, especially the real ale. The girl at reception on arrival was very friendly.
I asked to be in a room near my sisters, though on arrival, I was in the main hotel. My sisters were in the annex building accessed from the car park. This meant multiple trips with bags between the rooms as we were getting ready, which wasn't great.

The staff in the restaurant were good and moved us after we requested it. There was a screaming child on the table next to ours. I appreciated their attentiveness and quick response to our needs, which enhanced our dining experience considerably.

Parking was easy to find, made arrival and departure stress-free. The convenience of accessible parking contributed positively to my overall experience, as it eliminated the hassle of searching for a parking spot after a long journey.

i found the decor smart and modern. the facilities met all my needs perfectly. amy was efficient and friendly both upon my arrival and departure.
my room had little natural daylight. the small window also contributed to this issue.

A Mixed Experience

The bed was comfortable. Parking was easy for me. Dinner and breakfast were quite adequate. Staff in the restaurant were helpful. They moved our table at our request since a child was noisy.
My room had little natural daylight. A small window was there. The carpet had some stains. The over bedspread had a stain also.

i stayed two nights the room had a king size bed and a sofa. staff were friendly throughout the hotel making for a nice atmosphere. the breakfast selection was great and service was quick.
i found the car parking tight and limited. i had some difficulty finding a space upon arrival.
