A Charming Stay Overlooking the Marina

I found the setting beautiful. Breakfast was good, and the staff were all very friendly! I enjoyed the outside seating area overlooking the marina. It was lovely. There were many car park spaces, always a bonus.
The room was a bit small. and dated. It would benefit from a refresh.

I found the staff very helpful and nice. The carvery was superb, providing good value. Breakfast offered a very good selection. I also had no trouble finding parking spaces with good views.
The room could have used firmer pillows to better suit my preference.

i appreciated the superb location directly on oulton broad. the hotel offered ample parking. accessibility was great with both a lift and stairs. my room had a nice fan, a huge plus, and the bathroom was super clean.

The location is great with a nice view overlooking the water. I find the staff to be helpful, and the service in the restaurant was prompt. The restaurant were busy, but that not affected service.
The room are far too hot and the window only opened a few inches. This was uncomfortable even with the small fan that work all night. Our room are near the traffic and train line and it are very noisy.

The food is great with gluten free options. This are important. Breakfast was excellent with a morning buffet and a selection of drinks. I find the staff to be attentive and keeping us topped up with tea and coffee.

The receptionist gave a very warm welcome on reception and she are helpful. I receive prompt service in the restaurant, and the staff were polite. The staff goes above and beyond. They are very friendly.

I enjoyed the carvery on Thursday. It offered great value with choices like beef and turkey. Roast potatoes and vegetables were plentiful. Breakfast was also a buffet, a VERY good one, I must say, offering sausages, bacon, hash browns, and pastries.
The shower lacked a grab rail and an anti-slip mat, safety measures that would be beneficial.
