excellent stay!
dedicated staff delicious dinner powerful shower big bathroom
The staff prepared an extra early breakfast for our group of eight. This demonstrated their dedication to accommodating guests, nothing was too much trouble for them. dinner was utterly delicious, i especially enjoyed the charred cabbage side. It was an amazing dish! the bathroom featured a big, powerful shower.

the room had a super comfy bed and bright, airy atmosphere, a relaxing space. the hotel provided thoughtful touches, including complimentary adnams ale and crisps, a lovely addition. modern fittings enhanced the overall experience.

The breakfast room was beautiful. It provided a good setting to start the day. breakfast offered choices to suit all tastes, satisfying every palate. the restaurant's cuisine consistently impressed.

The hotel is central. It provides easy access to shops and local attractions. i found it very easy to reach the sea, shops, and other offerings. the hotel commands a prime position on the high street.

The staff were utterly amazing. They consistently went out of their way to assist me. i found everyone from reception to breakfast staff very friendly. Their approach was warm. the service was really good from start to finish.

a mixed experience at this hotel
flimsy door cracked ceilings
the staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them.
my "classic double room" was not great. the noise from next door was very noticeable because of a flimsy interconnecting door. i also noticed some patchy decoration and badly cracked ceilings.

a mixed experience
road noise drain smell
staff were accommodating i felt.
the noise from the road outside the room was quite loud, this did disturb my sleep. when i arrived there was also a noticeable smell of drains near the entrance. the smell of food from the kitchen also permeated the upstairs hallways.
