I found the staff attentive and knowledgeable, they really helped with local information. Breakfast choice was great and it was well cooked, I especially liked the full English. The room was large and clean. I appreciated the space. Staff provided an iron and ironing board when I requested it.
I had to pay on arrival. This was slightly inconvenient.

The staff was pleasant. The food was good quality. THE drinks in the bar had a very reasonable price. Tea and coffee were available in my room.
The bathroom sink WAS damaged!!!

i must say the room was a bit tired the bed was a bit too firm for my liking i really struggled with the poorly fitting blinds they let in a lot of light first thing the lack of curtains didn't help either maybe they were removed at some point i couldn't get a decent shower either the pressure was just not there

the staff were very helpful, especially the morning lad, he did everything possible for us. i appreciated the lovely, clean, and comfortable room. breakfast was excellent (the full english was spot on!). the hotel's location was also fab for attending a nearby wedding.
the hotel looks a bit dated and needs some tlc.
