dated furniture uncomfortable mattress
the breakfast was acceptable.
The room i occupied was substandard. The furniture was dated. the mattress was very uncomfortable, i felt the springs. the electrical appliances lacked pat test labels, raising safety concerns.

pleasant host clean room dated house similar building
kevin was a great host, he was very pleasant. the room was clean, and it had all the amenities i needed.
I stayed in a separate house. It was dated. the main building looked much the same, but this was expected due to the price.

kevin, the owner, was very cute and helpful. the breakfast was cooked to order and quite generous. i also appreciated the fridge and microwave in the room..
my room faced the street and the old double glazing did little to reduce traffic noise.

kevin, i believe he was the staff member, greeted me warmly and was attentive. the location provides simple access to city attractions. the room was clean and well-decorated. i appreciated the complimentary toiletries and tea and coffee-making facilities.

friendly host easy walk
Kevin, the host, was accommodating. The hotel is near town, about ten minutes on foot. This made it easy to walk to cafés. The location also features a park just five minutes away. Kevin's breakfasts were included.
My room was fairly small. I also observed dust and hairs on the bedsheets.

Charming and Cute Getaway
friendly host excellent location super clean room
Kevin is a very friendly and accommodating host. The location is excellent, offering easy access to the town and a lovely park. The breakfasts were legendary and included in the price. I found my double bed room to be spacious and super clean.
The room downstairs faced some noise issues. The double glazing seemed old, failing to adequately block traffic sounds. Early morning corridor conversations lacked consideration for sleeping guests.
