The staff offered prompt luggage assistance upon my arrival. A dedicated check-in area offered a comfortable space. My room featured complimentary water and soft drinks from the minibar. The bakery operated around the clock, very convenient.
The gym seemed underequipped. I think a rack would allow for more varied exercises. I noticed limited English TV channels. The Wi-Fi signal was also quite weak in the room.

yassine at reception provided excellent customer service. the staff were consistently attentive and polite. issa, the housekeeper, ensured our room was impeccably clean and even surprised me with towel sculptures, fresh flower petals, and a birthday cake.
I found the selection of drinks to be quite limited. They were excessively sweet. a good beer and prosecco or aperol spritz would improve the experience. i also felt the entertainment was sub par, presented by teenagers.
