Fantastic Hotel with Wonderful Staff!
helpful staff excellent rate
The hotel grounds were immaculate. The hotel provided pork bacon at breakfast. This was a pleasant surprise! All staff were helpful! The money exchange at reception offered an excellent rate.

The presentation of the food was beautiful! There were many choices, and the selection was of a high standard. The hotel offered various themed dinners, giving guests a diverse culinary experience throughout their stay, and I loved this.

Staff members were great. They seemed to take pride in offering hospitality. The staff spoke Arabic, French, and English, and I felt so welcomed and at home here, and that was lovely!

underwhelming stay
furniture noise poor sleep
the hotel location is close to the medina.
the room above mine had furniture constantly moved late into the night. this happened every night and made it hard to sleep before 2 am. i spoke to the duty manager, but the situation did not improve .

amazing hotel stay!
attentive staff inclusive deal
I loved how attentive the staff were! i felt so welcome. i stayed in a suite room with a swim-up pool. It was worth every penny. the all-inclusive deal was great, providing very nice value.

my double room had excellent facilities and included extras like a robe, slippers, and toiletries. the room was clean and very well maintained? i really liked it.

the buffet offered a superior quality to what i expected, the variety was awesome! local cuisine was available, alongside other types of food. the breads were especially delicious, i ate lots of it.

this location provides convenient access to many sights. it is a short walk from the medina. it is easy to explore the city and return to the hotel for a relaxing evening.

Fantastic stay!
jacuzzi room beautiful garden
I had a jacuzzi room. This room is a great option, especially during a colder period. The room is heated, quite spacious, and comfortable. Other strong points include the beautiful garden and nice staff.
The supposed heated pool felt freezing cold this year. I told reception, but they told me I was wrong. We have spent this afternoon watching everyone who tries to swim in it, complaining it's cold.

All staff speak Arabic, French, and English. The staff are fantastic, very helpful, and very friendly. They take a lot of pride in their hospitality. I felt welcome.

Acceptable Stay, Room Issues Need Attention
thin walls firm bed
I felt let down . The walls seemed paper-thin. I could clearly hear noise from neighboring rooms and the hallway, and it made it hard to relax. The bed was also far too firm for my liking, and I woke up with a sore back each morning. I hoped for better sleep.

mixed experience with noise issues
late noise sky bar
the noise from the sky bar was a major issue. music played until late at night and kept me awake. it really ruined the peace i expected. the room itself was fine, but the noise overshadowed everything.

Balanced stay
helpful staff drink selection motion isolation fly issue
The staff was very helpful and polite. I really appreciated the great selection of drinks available in the all-inclusive package (the cocktails were amazing!). Plenty of sun loungers were available . The evening entertainment was also good.
The mattress seemed to have poor motion isolation. Every time one of us moved, the other would be jostled awake, so our sleep was frequently disrupted. I had issues with flies in the room, with over 10 buzzing around while we were trying to sleep (I called the front desk, but they did nothing).
