an oasis of beauty and perfect service

the hotel architecture is gorgeous. i love its circular structure. the open atrium is nice and it features a rooftop pool. the spa is beautiful. it has marble alcoves upgraded with the circular shape of the building. the hammam treatment is recommend, it is authentic. i did find staff were very gentle and helpful. the hotel location is perfect. it allowed walk to many attractions.
the rooftop entertainment could get loud some evenings. i hear the music even in my room. it did go on past midnight.

Excellent Hotel, minor issue.

I found the location excellent. You can walk to the Medina or the new town easily.
Our room was so noisy. It was not from the rooftop music. A room next to our suite had staff meeting and cleaners gathering in the mornings. I would avoid room 308!

overrated stay, some issues need attention

rooftop noiseshower temperature
The rooftop noise was excessive. It continued past midnight. i was on a lower floor and could hear the music clearly. also, the shower temperature fluctuated from scalding hot to cold unexpectedly. it made showering unpleasant, especially since it was unpredictable and could be dangerous.
