fantastic moroccan stay!

I really enjoyed the reception's welcome juice. It was well-timed after my travels i also got to enjoy a relaxing massage at the oriental spa before i even got to my room and they were very accommodating to my early arrival! breakfast and lunch were diverse and delicious i especially liked the moroccan and fish dinner restaurants i did not try the waterpark but i bet it is amazing.
the bar service could be a little slow sometimes it could take up to fifteen minutes to get served a drink this happened mostly during peak hours i think additional staff during these times would help a lot with the wait times.

my double room offered a great sea view the bed was comfortable and the room included two separate sinks plus a rainfall shower it was a fantastic upgrade from what i expected.

the hotel features two themed dinner restaurants one moroccan and one serving seafood both offered unique and delicious options the barbecue outside at lunch and dinner was great with nice selection for every taste.

the reception staff particularly salma iman and abla nezha provided excellent service they were warm attentive and efficient during check-in the guest relations team was also amazing and really helped me throughout my trip.

the hotel has a very nice pool area with water slides there were always fun games and activities happening throughout the day thanks to the entertainment team i also really enjoyed the oriental spa services.

The entertainment team made us laugh, and they always greeted my daughter and me. the evening entertainment was very nice. The animation team included my one-year-old daughter in everything. all staff members were lovely! the hotel and rooms were very clean. the food was fresh and lovely every meal time.

the breakfast buffet offered many choices. i especially enjoyed the freshly made moroccan pancakes. the hotel features a nice relaxing pool area that was not too busy. there is also a great private area on the beach directly in front of the hotel.
the carpets in the hotel looked a bit dirty.
