The location was good. The main city center was easily accessible. the pool provided a relaxing option, i spent an afternoon there. i found the staff to be very polite and always willing to help. They really couldn't do enough.
i found that the noise levels in the corridors were quite high, which did disturb my sleep on occasion.

i observed that the breakfast service had many choices. the staff in the restaurant and bar were very attentive. the reception desk was always available to help with any questions. i received quick service at the reception.

i found the pool area very well maintained. it had plenty of loungers and umbrellas available throughout the day, even during peak hours. i also really liked the breakfast. there was a wide range of options, and the staff kept everything well-stocked. plus, the room i stayed in was spacious, the beautiful double room was also very clean. i particularly appreciated the separate seating area.
my only real issue was with the wifi. it was quite unreliable at times, especially in the evenings. it made it difficult to do any work or stream videos. i hope they improve this .

The concierge was always available and efficient, they helped with directions and bookings. The front desk staff spoke multiple languages, very helpful. the bell service handled luggage quickly and carefully, i really appreciate it.

the breakfast buffet had a large selection of pastries, hot dishes, and fresh fruit. i could always find something that i liked. the restaurant offered a kid's menu, a plus for parents, i noticed it, and the bar staff was attentive during happy hour.

The gym featured cardio equipment and weights. The spa offered various treatments, and the outdoor pool area had a dedicated lifeguard. i also saw that the hotel offered a shuttle service to and from the airport, and it was a plus.
