the staff were super friendly and made me feel just like home.
i booked in october for a set price , but when i paid , they had added over £60 i did not notice at first and went back later to reception to ask why and they said that on 1st of december , they had decided to add a 'gratuity' to the bill. i was not informed of this , either by email in advance , or when i paid. this was annoying , especially as a gratuity should be for good service , which i did not feel i received.

i found the decor warm and comfortable. the bed and linens provided a fabulous night sleep. room service and maid service was top notch. i also found three tube stops all within a short walk.

I loved the hotel's decor. It was like stepping into an interior design magazine! the interiors were colorful and cozy. i got upgraded to the luxury junior suite. It. i even bought the designer's book because the inspiration was really strong, i couldn't resist!
The absence of tea and coffee facilities in the room was a little disappointing, especially considering the hotel's high standards. It was like a small oversight.

the hotel's decor amazed me, I love the creative interior. the staff was very kind! my luxury junior suite had beautiful design elements that created an intimate boutique stay experience. buying the designer's book online was the way to keep the inspiration alive!
The pool lacks loungers. I wish there were some to relax on after a swim, as using the sofas with wet swimwear feels unhygienic. it would improve the overall experience significantly.
