Acceptable Stay with a Few Disappointments
easy accessfaulty toilet
The hotel's location allowed easy access to public transportation.
The room did not match the photos online and needed upkeep. The toilet flush was faulty and looked unclean at check-in. I reported it to reception, but thorough checks are obviously needed.

the hotel sits in a good location near bayswater and queensway stations. hyde park is easily accessible for walks to the victoria and albert museum. laundry facilities are available which is convenient. numerous shops, bakeries, and cafes are nearby, offering many options.
my room lacked air conditioning , made it a little warm at times.

The staff were so kind, helping me with directions. i found the kitchenette quite useful, allowing me to prepare small meals. the location was very convenient. It was close to public transport.

The location is amazing. I could walk to many places! The room was well-equipped with everything I needed, and the staff was friendly and always ready to help, which I loved! The price was good too!
