the host give free water to me, so its ok.

the room small, and i find no space for even one chair. i must always hold the shades closed because window is on the courtyard.

The location was indeed convenient to explore the area. i was happy to find a well-equipped kitchen available . I found it quite helpful. the host was friendly. I particularly appreciated the complimentary water.

the host facilitated both an early check-in and a late check-out, i appreciated this flexibility. free water was available, that helped a lot with the warmer weather, that i was not expecting. excellent customer service!

cozy stay with thoughtful touches!

complimentary wine warm welcome

I really appreciated the complimentary wine and chocolates upon arrival! the location was also very convenient. I found it easy to access public transportation. the host's warm welcome created a positive first impression, and the room was quiet.

the room i was given was smaller than expected. i felt a bit cramped as a result. the bathroom door had limited opening space due to the bed's proximity, and it made maneuvering a challenge.

warm greeting quick check-in complimentary mini bar station access

naim greeted me warmly upon arrival. he kindly showed me all the important details. a complimentary mini bar had wine, water, crisps. chocolate, a nice touch. the location gave easy access to the station.

the bathroom door knob needed a small repair, but it wasn't a big deal.

Really good Service and Convenient Location

helpful staff convenient location

Naim contacted me that morning to check my arrival time. He greeted me upon arrival and showed me all the amenities. The location is quite close to the train station and Arsenal Metro station. the room had complimentary water, wine, tea, and snacks, including chocolates.

The bathroom lock was broken. I could not properly close the door. The shower was also very small. It was a bit inconvenient.

The room included a minibar equipped with water, wine, and several snacks. These were all complimentary. I also noticed that there were many restaurants and shops near the hotel. It allowed easy access for purchasing food.

The hotel is near Finsbury Park Station and Arsenal Metro station. It made getting around very simple. The area has many shops. I thought it was convenient for buying food. It's also well-connected to Gatwick Airport.

broken doorknob broken toilet seat

The host was very hospitable and provided lots of free water (it was hot).

The bathroom doorknob needed fixing. The toilet seat was also broken, which i didn't appreciate. There was hardly any space to turn around in the bathroom.
