the staff were quite friendly and willing to help. I received tea, coffee, and water in my room. The shower was very good, and the beds seemed comfortable enough.
my room felt quite cold. the radiator was not working all the time. the WiFi APs felt too far away to provide COVERAGE.

the welcome at reception was lovely. the staff amended the room very quickly when i pointed out it was prepared for two, not three. the spa felt immaculate and it wasn't crowded at all!!!
the bed felt solid. i had no sleep on the first night. my back was terrible the next day.
