the staff was friendly and the location was central. the en-suite was a decent size.
The terrestrial tv signal was very poor. I had to use a pay-to-view service. the breakfast was also disappointing because there was too much salt and pepper in it. it was inedible, really.

i found the staff quite helpful with details regarding the area. the hotel is a short walk from the cathedral, castle, and historic sites. i appreciated the car parking facility provided by the hotel. it offered convenience in a very central location.
the carpet in my room had visible stains. the chair had similar stains making it unusable. the general need for a paint job and basic maintenance was evident throughout the hotel.
