the staff provided good service. The location was central. The breakfast included a nice selection of cereals. I found the pub had a good atmosphere with a good beer selection.
The parking system near the hotel was confusing, so better information before arrival is needed. I didn't find it easy to work out.

The double room had adequate space and was well-equipped. The bed was very comfortable, a plus after a long day. Though simple, it provided everything needed for a restful stay and was clean.

the staff were helpful, cheerful and accommodating. They made arrival and departure easy. The team ensured that our questions were answered and needs were met, but communication could have been better.

the staff was very helpful with directions! the location was indeed central, as advertised. i appreciated the provision of tea and coffee in the room. parking nearby was convenient, i found a spot without much trouble.
the walls were a bit thin, so i could hear some noise from other rooms , it was a minor inconvenience.
