The staff were very friendly. suresh, montano, and sandeep were particularly helpful. I appreciated their assistance. the location was also convenient, as it was near a major shopping center. breakfast was good, i was charmed by the awesome dishes!!!
The road noise was noticeable in the bedrooms. it made it difficult to sleep because the windows were not soundproofed, it's a BIG problem. some of the amenities felt very basic for a hotel in this category. They seemed more in line with a lower-rated hotel, i was a little shocked.

I felt disappointed with the dated rooms. They really need some upgrading. the breakfast was also not good. The food lacked freshness and flavor, and the service was subpar, leaving a bad impression.
