fantastic stay!
spacious roomfriendly staffstuffy room
the beautiful triple room was wonderfully spacious, it gave us plenty of room. the breakfast buffet offered many delicious options! the staff was super friendly and very attentive to every request. dez provided really good service during breakfast, such a star!
the hotel did not have air conditioning in the room. i requested a fan, but the room felt stuffy even with it.

Check-in was seamless, thanks to the helpful Savio. He gave excellent tips on local spots to visit. Karen and Elaine at the bar were fantastic, always ensuring we had refreshments. They also provided great suggestions for exploring nearby areas.
The corridors felt very cold upon arrival. The room temperature was also quite low, even with the radiator on. A portable heater was not available, disappointing

i found the triple room spacious and super clean. it had lovely decor and three single beds. the staff replenished pastries quickly during breakfast (i noticed the manager, mary, was attentive). quick check-in at the front desk was very helpful.
i found that a few more toiletries would be good, but it was a minor issue.
