the room was spacious. it included a smart tv and a coffee maker. nespresso capsules were available. i appreciated the fluffy bathrobes provided for hot tub use.
The check-in process was not as smooth as i expected. I needed to request clarification on a minor detail.

the hotel is located in a beautiful, quiet area. it is perfect for exploring the nearby glencoe national park. fort william is also easily accessible, only a short drive away. the surroundings invite for extended walks.

The room included a Nespresso machine and fresh milk. Elegant, airy, and clean rooms were a great feature. I found the location beautiful. It offered lovely walks nearby. I appreciated the easy access to Glencoe viewpoint along the road.

The location offered safe access to a traffic-free cycle path. It was lovely. I could walk to the beach, or take a short drive to the Glencoe area for walks. The location was fine.

I could use the honesty cafe on site. The rooms included a fridge, very handy! The premises were very clean, warm, and comfortable. All the facilities matched my expectations, and I appreciated them.

excessive chargesappalling cleanliness
The extra charges felt excessive. I paid £25 for an extra bed and £15 each for early check-in (from 3 PM) and late check-out (until 11 AM). It seemed like an attempt to nickel and dime (annoying, really). The cleanliness under the bed was appalling with old receipts from other customers. The room also lacked a view.
