beautiful reception comfortable bed modern room
the reception area looked beautiful. the bed was comfortable. i particularly enjoyed the modern room (it felt really stylish).
i had to queue at the bar since there was no table service.

breakfast buffet spacious room stylish decor maintained ground
The breakfast buffet had many options. I found the room spacious. The stylish decor suited the setting. The grounds were impeccably maintained. Flowers were everywhere. The valet staff assisted quickly.
The air conditioning unit did not adequately cool the room.

Really good Stay
I found the hotel very clean. The staff were mostly lovely and helpful. I especially appreciated that I could bring my dog, allowing me to return more often. I had room service for dinner since I wasn't sure if she was allowed in public areas.

wide selection amazing views
The location felt remote and peaceful. The breakfast included a wide selection of pastries and fresh fruit. I enjoyed the rooftop infinity pool. It HAD amazing views.

loch location excellent breakfast functional welcome young staff
The hotel location on the Loch was amazing. My room included complimentary bottled water and a payable mini bar. It was only filled upon my request though. Breakfast in the grill next morning proved excellent. I arrived a bit early but was able to pick from what was available ahead of opening.
The reception welcome was functional and not warm. I noticed the onsite restaurants seemed to cater more towards wealthy patrons or golfers, but the Italian restaurant by the marina provided a happy medium. Bar staff in the Scots bar seemed young, lacking supervision. Nevertheless, they did a good job, but still.
