The check-in process was AWFUL. I waited nearly an hour in a VERY long queue. It seems understaffed. The elevators were another issue. One was out of service, especially for such a large building. It seemed like I was perpetually waiting for something. I expected better from a hotel of this supposed caliber.

The location is perfect. I could easily walk to the main square and many attractions. My superior king room was very clean and spacious. The bed was super comfy and everything I needed was available.
The air conditioning was a bit tricky to adjust.

The hotel's location is excellent (I loved how close it was!). It is just a short stroll from the city center market and other points of interest in the area, very convenient for sightseeing and exploring.

The hotel features a modern design. The room included nice bathroom facilities, such as a hairdryer and fresh towels. There is also an iron with an ironing board available, very helpful for keeping clothes wrinkle-free.

The breakfast buffet offered many options. I enjoyed a continental selection and hot food choices such as eggs, bacon, and sausages. It was a great start to my day with plenty of variety to choose from.
