smoke smell air conditioning
The air conditioning wasn't working when I arrived. It was very warm, the temperature outside reached 44 degrees. I asked the staff for assistance turning it on. The room smelled of smoke, which might have come from a guest smoking on a nearby balcony, despite it being a non-smoking hotel :(. The service and overall experience did not match the high price and star rating.

mixed experience
my stay wasn't without its issues. the air conditioning didn't seem to cool the room effectively (it was as if it barely functioned). these issues detracted from what should have been a more relaxing experience.

stylish hotel near the station
convenient location thoughtful gesture spacious bed
i selected this hotel due to its proximity to the train station. the hotel's design impressed me. the minibar and snacks in the room were thoughtfully organized. the spacious bed provided excellent comfort.
the gym was tiny. there was not much room to move with only a few people present.

carpet rug new room
the breakfast had lots of choice it was freshly cooked.
Ants looked in my room 612 it happened after midnight. i went to sleep, and when i returned, ants covered the carpet rug. the cleaner had made the bed, but the floor was not cleaned. It was quite a surprise! the hotel moved me but acted like i was a problem, not them.

Really good Stay!

The hotel design is very good. It has interesting decor. The staff were polite. I especially enjoyed the sweets in the reception area. The lemon meringue was lush. I'd recommend getting them early. I loved the powerful hairdryer. The hair straightener was also very useful.

Breakfast was excellent. It had a good choice of items and freshly prepared hot food made to order. the cake shop inside had delicious options. It would be wonderful if there was an expanded dining menu.

The hotel provided luxury amenities. I found the hotel easy to reach from the train station. There is a cake shop. It sells cakes and macarons. Everything was well designed.
