super location and friendly smiles
natural light tasty variety kind staff
joe upgraded my room when i asked for a window. it was so nice to have natural light. breakfast had a tasty variety. the staff made my mornings extra cheerful with their kindness. the location really helped me explore.
The check-in felt very scripted. I wished for a warmer welcome at the start.

The hotel's proximity to the concertgebouw made attending a performance effortless. i appreciated the heated bathroom floor. It was a lovely touch, especially on cooler mornings. the updated room design had a modern feel, and i found the amenities to be well kept.
i noticed a small scuff mark on the wallpaper in the hallway.

convenient location helpful staff warm room safe neighborhood
I found the location very convenient. It was close to the museums. the staff proved helpful . the room was warm and the neighborhood felt safe. there were also many places to drink and eat nearby.
The extractor noise in the room was slightly bothersome at night. It was a minor inconvenience though.

The location was quite advantageous. It was very near the museums and other places of interest. I was able to walk to most attractions. The staff at reception was helpful.
the Room was smaller than expected. The bathroom had some mould on the ceiling. The breakfast area felt windowless and a little cellar-like.

the staff was always friendly! i found the check-in process to be very fast. the location proved convenient as museums were within walking distance. public transport access was close by. the area felt safe and quiet!

the location near the museum quarter was convenient. i found the closeness to the city trams very helpful. vondelpark was also within easy reach, i enjoyed having that so close by.
