Excellent Stay with Friendly Staff

I spent several nights at this hotel.. The staff impressed me with their really good friendliness and helpfulness. The hotel provided great value with the New Year's Eve package, especially regarding food and entertainment. The spa also offered an amazing experience with excellent views of Tsarevets.
I noticed some slight delays in setting up the sauna one morning, which required a short wait.

The breakfast selection offered a good variety with tasty options available each morning. The restaurant provides marvelous views directly onto Tsaravets hill and its light show. The restaurant staff was nice .

The room was spacious, offering sufficient space for comfort. Extreme heating was present in the room during the winter period. The rooms provide marvelous views of Tsaravets hill. The beds were super comfortable.

The hotel is located centrally near main attractions. It's a great location for Trapeztisa Fort views and walking to the fort. The surroundings are great. The location is perfect for light show views.

The hotel offers free parking . The spa area includes a pool, though I did not use it extensively. The hotel is very clean. The spa is available for a good time span.
