The staff assisted us to our room. It was lovely. they helped us when an alarm went off, quick. the room provided an iron board, iron, towels, hair dryer, and a fridge. it was very helpful and convenient.
I wasn't warned that the room was windowless. It felt constricting. there was no kettle in the room, a pretty basic amenity i hoped for. the smart tv screen casting didn't function.
