The location was excellent. My office is on hill street, and the hotel's closeness. the room impressed me with its size and cleanliness. it also had all the essentials i needed, like an iron and hair dryer. i would stay here again for work.
i requested extra blankets, but they weren't available. water leaked onto the floor outside the shower each time.

The check-in process used computers or the front desk staff. the lounge offered coffee, tea, and a bar. the room featured adjustable colored lights and a walk-in shower. water pressure in the shower was good. I found it very relaxing.
i noticed a lack of tea or coffee facilities in the room.

The staff assisted us to our room. It was lovely. they helped us when an alarm went off, quick. the room provided an iron board, iron, towels, hair dryer, and a fridge. it was very helpful and convenient.
I wasn't warned that the room was windowless. It felt constricting. there was no kettle in the room, a pretty basic amenity i hoped for. the smart tv screen casting didn't function.

The location was GREAT. Walkable to many city sights. The room was clean, and it.).
The receptionist was rude when i arrived. I got breakfast the first morning, but the selection was disappointing and they stopped serving early.
