Really good Service and Prime Location

The check-in process was seamless. The concierge was cute upon arrival. I found the Premier King room spacious. The room offered a very comfortable bed.

My stay had issues. The carpet in my room was dirty. It gave the whole room an unkempt, worn-out feel. The window was old and thin with NO insulation. It let in every sound. A constant machine noise made it hard to sleep. I found this hotel disappointing.
