great hotel with minor downsides

the rooftop pool was nice. wine o'clock with free wine and cheese was a pleasant bonus! the staff assisted with taxis and gave useful recommendations for local spots. i found these thoughtful touches added value to my stay.
The spa is underground and quite small. Only a few people can use it at once. i found the limited access and size a bit restrictive! during my visit, it could have been cleaner.

the breakfast buffet offered good variety! ingredients tasted fresh, which i appreciated. the restaurant across the street, named exotica, served amazing food if you are looking for options outside the hotel.

the hotel is close to several attractions! it is approximately a 5-10 minute walk to the shopping district. i noticed the area felt safe and was conveniently located near public transport.

the breakfast was mediocre. the variety was limited , and some items seemed stale. the coffee machine in the room was difficult to use and produced weak coffee. i hoped for better considering the hotel's reputation.

Fine hotel with AMAZING amenities

The place genuinely smelt very nice. It was noticeable right away. The service provided was friendly, very helpful and always available, I appreciated that. The rooftop pool with its bar and lounge area was perfect. The therapeutic spa reminded me of a catacomb and featured a sauna, steam room, pool, and lounge beds.

The room featured good quality materials used in furnishing. The room felt new and included nice touches. The bed was very comfortable.

The rooftop terrace included a pool, I did not find it disappointing. I enjoyed the free wine and cheese offered every evening. There were free washing machines and dryers available for use. The hotel provided portable wifi boxes for use during walks.
