charmed by the design and location

the family room was very nice with super bunk beds. kids love the beds. checkin and checkout was quick. the hotel is next to the station with restaurants around.
the breakfast cost €16 per person and isnt worth it. it's very expensive for next to nothing offered. one of the spare pillows had dried blood on it. that was disgusting to leave on the room.

Excellent Stay Near the Station

the hotel is very close to the train station and this made travel simple the room was clean and spacious i had no issues with noise the staff was helpful and polite upon arrival the hotel also provides free coffee and water downstairs . I found the hotel very modern with unique decoration in the lobby i noticed paintings which added a nice touch the free water fountains on each floor were a plus the rooftop bar had friendly staff. The gym has several treadmills and various weight-training machines the location provides easy access to nearby restaurants and shops the shared kitchen offers a convenient option for preparing simple meals. My room included a comfortable bed and a good shower the climate control worked efficiently and the room temperature remained steady the linen was professionally laundered and fresh pillows were very comfortable.

the room had a lovely big window, it opened up to let in fresh air. the bed was comfortable and there was a huge amount of storage. the free tea and coffee was a plus, as was the sitting area in the lobby. i used it each evening for drinks.
The reception was almost unfindable due to an event, it blocked the whole entrance area. access to the reception was restricted. I needed a keycard to enter. ringing the bell did not help. nobody was present after 23h, i needed a hairdryer but no one was there.

The hotel is near the train station. I found this location convenient. The rooftop area was also nice. It provided good views.
My room was not soundproofed. I found it quite loud. The staff made an unpleasant remark to me. This felt humiliating.

The room was a good size (I stayed in a Family Room). The location is very close to the train station. Breakfast offered a good selection.
The reception was difficult to find due to an event blocking the entrance (it was a bit confusing). The bathroom fittings were loose in my room.
