The staff was helpful and friendly. I found the room to be perfect, especially because a goldfish was available for rent. I enjoyed the free toiletries, and i appreciated that the air conditioning worked when it was hot.

There were spa facilities, but they were at another location. It seemed these facilities needed a reservation well in advance. Because of that i could not use them, a shame. i also felt cold during the night.

the location was good, right next to the train station. free tea and coffee were available (i made good use of this).

the room i got was quite noisy. i could hear people talking loudly in the hallway at all hours, and the door slamming was a real issue. it kept me awake most of the night and really ruined my stay.
