I found the staff amazing. Every person was polite and helpful. The room was large and had everything. I enjoyed the central location. The breakfast also was excellent, so many options!
I noticed the coffee shop was really full of students.

The building design feels colourful and nice. I saw some games and sitting areas in the common space. The gym looked nice. Check in was easy and smooth. The bar up on the roof is great.

The hotel location is great. It is near the city centre. I was able to walk everywhere. Leaving the car in the hotel parking was great, especially for long trips.

the room had curtains. These curtains kept the light out. The windows are soundproof, a plus. One window opened to let fresh air in.

the location was acceptable , as was the helpful staff.
the room was not properly cleaned. the bathroom sink was clogged , which was very unpleasant. also , the lack of a mini-fridge was inconvenient for storing drinks.
