clean roommalfunctioning coffee maker
the room was clean and met my expectations for basic comfort.
i found the coffee maker in the room did not work after several attempts i made no effort to report it to reception as we often went out for coffee anyway it was a minor inconvenience i chose to overlook

Simon provided a warm welcome upon my arrival. The room's size and tasteful decoration pleased me. Its proximity to nearby bars made it convenient. I look forward to a longer stay next time.
I found the hotel bar lacked atmosphere. There was little to remind me that I was in Ireland. The space felt impersonal and could have been anywhere.

I found the staff very helpful. They brought extra hangers and milk immediately. Simon at the front desk was very helpful with bicycle parking. I appreciated the quick service when I needed something extra for my room.
I noticed the hotel lacked somewhere to hang the towels after a shower, it would be better to have them.
