The room was spacious and clean.. I really appreciated that. Breakfast offered a great variety, a perfect way to start the day. It was easy to get to the slopes, a major plus!
The dry and steam sauna closed early at 9 PM. I was looking forward to the steam sauna but missed it.

The reception staff were very helpful and knowledgeable, providing assistance with any questions I had. The hotel provides a free shuttle service for check-in and check-out. Staff offered all the amenities I needed, and they were easy to find.

Breakfast included a very diverse and tasty spread each morning. The lobby served Afternoon Tea daily.. a lovely touch. There was a wide array of choices that suited different tastes and dietary needs. The dining area was super clean.

The hotel is conveniently located near the city center, with numerous restaurants nearby. Walking to the train station is feasible from the hotel. Accessing the slopes for skiing was quick and easy. The immediate area felt safe and well kept.
